Welcome to lleu.site, operated by Lleu Labs Inc. ("Lleu Labs," "lleu labs," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website creation platform and services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, subscribing to our service, or using lleu.site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
lleu.site is a website creation platform that allows users to:
Create and manage websites with custom subdomains (yourname.lleu.site)
Publish blog posts and manage event calendars
Upload and manage images and media
Export their data and content
Technical Limitations: Current storage limits are 33MB total per user account with individual file size limits that may vary. These limits may be updated from time to time.
3. Account Registration and Security
Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription and Billing
Subscription Plans: We offer monthly and yearly subscription plans. Pricing is displayed on our website and may change with notice.
Payment Terms: Subscriptions are billed in advance. Payment is due immediately upon subscription or renewal.
No Refunds: All subscription fees are non-refundable. There are no refunds for unused portions of your subscription period, including yearly plans.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation options include:
Cancel Immediately: Service and billing stop immediately (no refunds apply)
Grace Period: After subscription cancellation, your account enters a 30-day grace period during which:
Your website goes offline but data is preserved
You may reactivate your subscription
After 30 days, your subdomain becomes available for public registration
Your data will be permanently deleted after the grace period
5. Content Policy and Moderation
Acceptable Use: You may only upload and publish content that:
Is legally owned by you or properly licensed
Does not violate any laws or regulations
Does not infringe on others' intellectual property rights
Is not harmful, threatening, or offensive
Content Classifications and Requirements:
Permitted Content: The following content is allowed with appropriate disclosure:
Artistic nudity and non-sexual nude imagery
Adult themes and mature content
Educational content about sexuality or adult topics
Adult Content Warning Requirement: If your website contains adult themes, mature content, or nudity, you MUST:
Enable the "Adult Content Warning" toggle in your website settings
Display the warning page before visitors can access your content
Clearly indicate the nature of adult content on your site
Prohibited Content: You may not upload content that includes:
Explicit sexual acts or graphic sexual imagery
Content sexualizing minors in any way
Violence, gore, or disturbing imagery
Weapons or dangerous items promotion
Hate speech targeting individuals or groups based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
Content promoting violence, terrorism, or illegal activities
Harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior
Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
Content that violates any applicable laws
Content Moderation: We use automated systems and manual review to moderate uploaded images. Content that violates our policies will be rejected. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination. For this purpose, lleu.site uses https://sightengine.com. By using Sight Engine's image moderation tools, lleu.site must abide by the Sight Engine terms of service: https://sightengine.com/policies/terms
Administrative Rights: We reserve the right to administer your site, including enabling adult content warnings if you post adult content without the required toggle. Failure to comply may result in site disabling or removal until resolved, or permanently.
Content Verification: All uploaded images undergo content verification. Upload failures due to content verification issues require you to contact support or try again with compliant content.
6. Data and Privacy
Data Ownership: You retain ownership of all content you create and upload to our platform.
Data Export: You may export your data at any time, including:
User profile information (JSON format)
Blog posts and events (JSON format)
Uploaded images and media files (original formats)
Note: HTML website designs, rendered webpages, and platform functionality are proprietary to lleu labs inc. and not included in data exports.
Data Retention: After account deletion or subscription cancellation:
We retain your data for 30 days to allow for account restoration
After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted
User-initiated account deletion results in immediate data deletion and subscription cancellation
Privacy: We do not track your website visitors with cookies or analytics. Your visitors' privacy is respected, and we do not sell or share visitor data.
7. Account Termination
Termination by You: You may delete your account at any time through your account dashboard. Account deletion:
Immediately cancels any active subscription
Permanently deletes all your data
Cannot be undone
Makes your subdomain immediately available for others to register
Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
Violate these Terms of Service
Post prohibited content as defined in Section 5
Engage in illegal activities or fraudulent practices
Fail to pay subscription fees
Present security risks to our platform
Repeatedly violate content policies
Engage in any activity that may harm our reputation or service
No Refunds for Violations: Upon termination for cause, you forfeit any remaining subscription period without refund.
8. Support and Service Availability
Support: We provide customer support via email. Please refer to our FAQ for common questions before contacting support.
No Guaranteed Support: We do not guarantee specific response times or enterprise-level support. Support is provided on a best-effort basis.
Service Availability: While we strive for high uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
9. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain all rights to content you create using our platform.
Our Platform: lleu.site, its software, design, and functionality are owned by lleu labs inc. and protected by intellectual property laws.
Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our platform according to these Terms.
10. Disclaimers and Limitations
Service "As Is": Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, lleu labs inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Data Loss: While we implement security measures, you are responsible for maintaining backups of your important data.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
13. Age Requirements
You must be the age of majority in your country of residence to use lleu.site (18 in most jurisdictions, 19 in some Canadian provinces). We do not provide services to minors.
14. DMCA Copyright Policy
We respect intellectual property rights. To report copyright infringement, email help@lleulabs.com with:
Description of copyrighted work
URL of allegedly infringing content
Your contact information
Good faith statement of unauthorized use
Statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury
We will investigate and remove infringing content promptly.
15. Subdomain Policy
Subdomain Selection: We reserve the right to reject or revoke any subdomain for any reason, including but not limited to trademark conflicts, reserved terms, or business purposes. Some subdomains are permanently reserved for system use.
16. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Square. By subscribing, you agree to Square's terms of service. Failed payments may result in immediate service suspension.
17. Service Maintenance
Occasional downtime may occur for maintenance and updates. We aim to schedule maintenance during low-traffic periods but do not guarantee specific uptime levels.
18. Regional Service
Our website creation service is available to residents of the following countries and regions: Australia, Austria, Barbados, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Trinidad and Tobago, and the United Kingdom.
Important: While our website creation service is only available in the countries listed above, websites created using lleu.site are accessible to visitors worldwide. There are no geographical restrictions on who can view or access websites hosted on our platform.
All users, regardless of location, agree that Ontario, Canada law governs exclusively and waive any conflicting local law claims.
19. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless lleu labs inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
a) Your use of our service or violation of these Terms
b) Your content, including any claims of infringement or violation of third-party rights
c) Your website content, functionality, or any interactions with your website visitors
d) Any breach of your representations and warranties set forth in these Terms
e) Your violation of any law or regulation
f) Any third-party claim related to your use of our platform or your website
This indemnification obligation will survive termination of your account and these Terms.
20. Force Majeure
We are not liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, infrastructure failures, cyber attacks, or other unforeseeable circumstances.
21. Assignment

25. Global Website Accessibility
While account creation and our website building service are restricted to residents of the supported countries listed in Section 18, websites created on our platform are globally accessible. Visitors from any country can access and view websites hosted on lleu.site subdomains. However, website owners are responsible for ensuring their content complies with applicable laws in jurisdictions where their content may be accessed.
